Hi, I’m Amanda.

I’m a nurse and holistic health coach who’s lived what I now teach.

For years, my body carried the weight of trauma. I starved it, punished it, and pushed through pain because that’s what I thought strength was. I was told I was “fine” while I drowned in fatigue, pain, anxiety, and the aftermath of a 15-year eating disorder.

What I discovered is this: trauma doesn’t just live in the mind. It reshapes how you breathe, move, eat, and recover. It disconnects you from the body you’re living in.

That’s where my work begins.

I don’t fix trauma — that’s not what I do.

I help you decode how trauma has impacted your body, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild strength and trust in yourself — so you finally have the foundation to heal on every level.

I created The H.E.A.L. Methodology — Heal, Embody, Align, Liberate — as a framework for people who are tired of surviving and ready to feel alive in their body again.

This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level hacks. It’s about coming back home to yourself — with practical, grounded steps that your body can actually hold onto.
