Every client begins with a 90-minute Reset Session — where we decode what your body has been trying to say and give you a plan that actually makes sense.

From there, you choose:

  • Stay with the Reset roadmap on your own, or

  • Step into the Reset & Rebuild Experience (12 weeks) for deeper coaching and accountability.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not personal training. It’s real health coaching that helps you regulate, reconnect, and rebuild your body so you can finally feel like yourself again.

My H.E.A.L. Method is a trauma-informed, nurse-led approach designed to reconnect you with the signals your body sends — so you move, eat, breathe, and live like someone who finally feels safe again.

This isn’t therapy. It’s recalibration.

We start with a Reset Session — a full-body intake to map out where stress, pain, and disconnection are living in your posture, breath, and routines.

From there, we rebuild with exactly what your body needs: nervous system–safe movement, functional nutrition, and daily anchors that restore real energy.
